The Russian comic series "The Plague" gained over a million views in ivi online cinema on the Internet.
This was stated by the director general of the cinema, David Kuchirov, in an interview he gave on June 9 to the Russian "TASS" agency.
The director-general said that "The Plague" is a comedy series about an epidemic that has swept cities and villages in the Middle Ages and made their residents trapped in their castles and singles.
According to David Kuchirov, the series is building a bridge from the Middle Ages to the present day as residents have been forced to adhere to quarantine laws.
The series was co-starred in Russian cinema stars, mainly artist, Ivan Okhlobstein, known for his participation in the "Intern" television series that included dozens of episodes and enjoyed great popularity among Russian viewers.
